First God lets us know that he is well able to deliver on his promises, making sure we know that he's not blowing smoke. Then he moves on to giving us clues. KEEP sound wisdom and discretion. Not just get it, but KEEP IT. When we do we will have a good life and grace (unmerited favor) In this section we find out that we can stand in safety. That God's got out back. There is a promise of sleeping free from anxiety and fear and having a good night's sleep. These are things that are very foreign to almost everyone, how joyous it would be to live without this fear and worry. Free to enjoy life.
